LACA, Lakeshore Association of Condominium Associations, has existed for over 25 years in Western Michigan. Our membership consists of over 100 condominium associations and over 30 business and professional partners. Our purpose it to provide educational opportunities for condo boards and individual officers, to provide a platform of exchange of ideas and solutions to improve condominium operations and living conditions, to help association boards keep up-to-date with laws and regulations affecting their operations and to provide print and on line resources to guide and inform association boards and officers.
Our year membership fee is modest and allows member boards to bring all their board members to our spring and fall educational events at no addition charge. These events include various speakers on current educational topics of interest to boards. Our programs have a breaks to network with our speakers, other board members and our business & professional partners.
